We Care Health and Wellness is a Massachusetts-based behavioral health practice offering psychiatric medication management, substance use disorder treatment and recovery services, TMS therapy, intensive outpatient programming, individual and family counseling, and related wellness services.
The Website provides general information about our practice and services, contact options, and a link to our secure patient portal. The Website is informational. It is not a substitute for professional medical care or for a direct relationship with a qualified healthcare provider.

Our Website may link to a secure patient portal operated by Qualifacts InSync. When you access the patient portal, you leave our Website and enter a third-party system. Your use of the patient portal is subject to the terms of use and privacy practices of that third-party provider, in addition to any patient agreements we have with you. We are not responsible for issues arising from your use of the patient portal that are attributable to the third-party provider.

You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 years old, or if you have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@wecarehealthandwellness.org and make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a similar good faith effort to resolve any dispute with you.

If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, for example by posting a prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
